Malvern MicroCal PEAQ-ITC Automated Ultrasensitive Isothermal Titration Calorimeter
Description:
Isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC) is an efficient and essential technique in the study of protein interactions and drug discovery. It directly measures the heat released or absorbed during the binding events of any two biomoleculars. Malvern MIcroCal PEAQ-ITC automated is a fully automated ITC and allows unattended operation. It offers label-free in solution measurements, eliminates the adverse effect of altering biomolecules. In a direct and single experiment, ITC allows the measurement of binding affinity and thermodynamics, resulting in an accurate determination of binding constants (KD), reaction stoichiometry (n), enthalpy (ΔH) and entropy (ΔS).
