Roche LightCycler® 480 Instrument II is a rapid high-througput, plate-based real-time PCR instrument that provides a broad range of methods for gene detection, gene expression analysis, genetic variation analysis and array data validation. It allows fast protocols (40 min for 384 well formats) with highly sensitive and reproducible results. The cutting-edge thermal block and optical technology allow an excellent well-to-well homogeneity and maximum detection sensitivity.
