Description:
The Bio-Plex 200 system is a suspension array system which offers protein and nucleic acid researchers a reliable multiplex assay solution that permits analysis of up to 100 bio-molecules in a single sample. The system utilizes lasers and xMAP technology for multiplex assays of bio-molecules including proteins, nucleic acid, enzyme, antibody, antigen, etc. with high throughput and high sensitivity.
Specifications:
- A flow-cytometry-based array reader: combines 2 lasers (reporter laser and classification laser) and real-time digital signal processing to distinguish up to 100 different color-coded bead sets, each representing a different assay
- A high-throughput fluidics (HTF) system: automates the introduction of sheath fluid into the array reader and maintain a reservoir of pressurized sheath fluid constantly
- Calibration and validation kits: system tools for daily calibration of signal output and for IQ/OQ and monthly validation of the primary performance parameters of the reader
- Maintenance, calibration, and validation (MCV) plate: customised for hands-free startup, shutdown, and performance testing
- Automatic wash station: a magnetic carrier for hands-free wash steps on any magnetic bead-based xMAP assay
- Handheld magnetic washer: a magnetic carrier for manual wash steps on any magnetic bead-based xMAP assay
